Spring Supported Show

October 6, 2010
Dear Members,


The MCBRC will be supporting the May 2011 entry at the Genesee County
Kennel Club show to be held at the Shiawassee County Fair Grounds.

This is a great venue for the show.  There is plenty of grass and parking.
Camping is available.  Judging will be outside.

We would like your support again this year to provide trophies for breed,
obedience, rally & agility.

The GCKC will be providing Rosettes for Best of Breed, Best of Opp & Best
of Winners, as well as $1.00 per entry back to the MCBR...

Duck Hunting Tournament

Are you a duck hunter?  Are you a good duck hunter?  Are you the baddest

Nominating Committee - Volunteers Needed

The board is looking for volunteers to be on the Nominating Committee.
Gary Irish has volunteered from the board and has been chosen as chairman.

Fun day and WD

September 8, 2010
We are one week away from our WD/WDX/WDQ.  Things are falling into place
now. We are having a fun day/set-up/training day on Saturday, Sept 11th,
followed by the WD/X/Q itself on Sunday, Sept 12th.  Saturday fun day will
start around 10:00 AM.  If you have any items for the marshalls boxes that
have not been collected, please ring them to the Staturday fun day if you
are planning to attend.

Start time for the WD is 9:00 AM, workers and helpers should be there no
later than 8:30.

Fort Detroit Golden Retriever Club Hunt test Volunteers needed

Judges Education Match June 26-27, 2010

Thanks guys for volunteering to help out with the education match.  It is going to be a hot day please bring with you water and water bowl for your dogs.  There will be a lunch for a nominal fee.
